To talk with a counselor on the phone during Office Hours, please fill out the contact form below, submit it, and the counselor will call you during office hours.
These forms are to be used for casual phone contact during Office Hours Only.
If you have a more urgent matter contact the counselor directly using email.
ALERT - This form is not to be used in a crisis situation. If you have reason to believe a student is in imminent danger call 911.
If you are informed of or a student tells you; they are engaged in activities that indicate suicidal ideation, move student to safe location - call parents and your supervisor. Please directly notify your school counselor of the incident and we will do a follow-up.
