If you are informed of or a student tells you; they are engaged in activities that indicate suicidal ideation, move student to safe location - call parents and your supervisor.

Please directly notify your school counselor of the incident and we will do a follow-up.

Student Referral Forms

We are all in this together. If you notice a student struggling emotionally and have concerns - this is the place to reach out. Your school counselors are mental health professionals and we are here to help.

Send us a referral form telling us what concerns you. This form is confidential and your name is kept private.
